Featured Homes

We hope you enjoy the homes (and church!) we’ve chosen for the tour, one of which is the oldest surviving home in Park Hill. Every property on the tour was carefully chosen by our dedicated home tour committee, and the homes represent an eclectic mix of architectural styles that honor the diverse landscape of our beloved Park Hill neighborhood. While touring them, behold the creativity of the designers and builders and the innovative visions of the owners who graciously open their homes for all to enjoy.

Tickets

Advance purchase tickets for adults: $30
Advance purchase tickets for seniors (65+): $25

GPHC members receive a discount on advance ticket purchases.

Children 12 and under are free and do not require a ticket. There are no additional fees or taxes.

All tickets purchased on the day of the Home Tour are $35.

All day-of tickets are $35 per person.

Online purchasers: Present your email receipt on your mobile device or in print at any of the advance featured homes (TBA) or at the Ticket & Info Booth at the Street Fair to receive your tickets. Tickets will NOT be mailed out.

You can also purchase tickets at any of the featured homes (TBA) or at the Street Fair ticket booth, located on Montview and Forest Pkwy., on the day of the event.

GPHC Member Discount

GPHC Members receive a discount on tickets purchased through the member-only online advance sale.
